No, the PIMC is NOT registered with YWAM's University of the Nations.

How many hours a week does the PIMC require?

Each class during an intensive is about 3 hours and 15 minutes (including a break at the mid-point), so during an intensive week the commitment is about 10 hours. During a self-study week, the commitment is 6-8 hours.

What technology do I need for the PIMC?

Accepted Answer

You will need a Zoom account, as all of the live intensives take place in a Zoom meeting. You will also need Gmail account to access Google Classroom, where all of your assignments and course materials will be. Whatsapp is also strongly recommended for communication with staff and fellow participants.

Question 4

After completing the PIMC, am I a certified Member Care provider with YWAM?

Accepted Answer

While you will receive a course completion certificate, this does not automatically qualify you for an official role within NAMC (North America Member Care). But, it does count as entry level training to get started practicing Member Care.
